Nicholas Arter is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 13 years of progressive leadership in high‑volume, award‑winning properties.
Nicholas currently serves as Director of Hotel Operations with Elevara Hospitality, where he has spent the past year overseeing property performance and elevating overall hotel operations. Since taking oversight of the Hampton Inn in Burley, he has driven growth across all key performance metrics, with the property finishing 2025 as a Circle of Excellence brand winner.
Prior to joining Elevara Hospitality, he served as General Manager of the Hampton Inn and Suites in Vancouver, Washington. Under his leadership, the hotel earned multiple Best of Brand distinctions and consistently ranked among the top 12 Hampton properties in the United States.
Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in operations and guest service as an Assistant Manager with TMI Hospitality in Houston, Texas, overseeing both Homewood Suites and Fairfield Inn locations.
A true people first leader, he is known for developing high performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His results driven approach is paired with a genuine passion for mentorship, ensuring that both employees and guests feel valued at every touchpoint.
Outside of hospitality, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children, and their lively household of four dogs and two cats. He and his family share a love of travel and enjoy exploring new destinations and experiences together.
